House Smoked Salmon Platter we cure our salmon with gin, juniper berries, fresh dill and brown sugar then smoke it over a hard wood fire. It is still moist and delicious served with capers, red onions, dilled honey mustard and baguette slices
Gravlox cured with Swedish Vodka, fresh dill, sea salt and brown sugar and slice it paper thin. Great with our Swedish pickled cucumbers, mustard and pumpernickel points
